How about you? I will be playing at the Zoo bar on Saturday night from 9-12 with the Fabtones, a rhythm and blues and oldies band (if you have heard the Lightning Bugs, it's the same guys, with a couple of keyboard players, another vocalist, and horns). Rode with Coach Troy in the basement for an hour last night - I think that I was starting to catch up to him on the road at the end of the workout. Or maybe I have been doing this too much and my brain is getting foggy. Weight this morning - 177. Six pounds lost since Christmas, 12 to go.
